Both parties agree to keep all non-public information exchanged during the course of the engagement confidential and to use it solely for fulfilling contractual obligations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ubey Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but Ubey Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites or third-party tools. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within a reasonable time. Termination does not affect payment obligations for completed work.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.

Ubey Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
